Description
The Rhino Solar Pro (P/N 360003) and Guardrail Pro (P/N 360002) are 3,000 lb skid-steer mounted pile driver attachments designed in Kewanee, Illinois for solar farm pile installation, highway guardrail post driving, and large-volume mounted piling work. Both run the same Furukawa Fx 55 mono-block hydraulic hammer, the same omni-adjustable mast, and the same universal skid-steer mounting plate.
- Skid-steer mounted pile driver, 3,000 lb unit weight, omni-adjustable mast for plumb installation on uneven terrain.
- Furukawa Fx 55 hydraulic hammer delivers 800 ft-lb (1,085 J) of impact energy per stroke at 500-1,000 BPM.
- Mast tilts 2 degrees right, 90 degrees left, 10 degrees front and back; attachment shifts 10 in. front/back and 24 in. left/right.
- Solar Pro accommodates piles up to 15 ft tall with 10 in. x 7.25 in. anvil footprint for ground-mounted solar racking.
- Guardrail Pro accommodates posts up to 8.5 ft tall with 8 in. x 7.25 in. anvil and dedicated guardrail adapters.
- Skid steer requirements: minimum 10,000 lb operating weight, 3,000 lb rated operating capacity, 1,740-2,320 PSI hydraulic, 10.5-22.5 GPM flow.
- Mono-block design with only two moving parts; minimal grease zerks and occasional adjustment for low-maintenance jobsite life.
- Universal skid-steer mounting plate fits most carriers; custom mounting plates available on request.
