Breakerolene Steel Paste is a specialized heavy-duty lubricant paste designed primarily for use on steel components exposed to extreme pressure, friction, and impact. It is commonly used in the maintenance of hydraulic breakers, rock drills, chisels, and other heavy machinery parts where high-performance lubrication is critical to prevent wear, reduce metal-to-metal contact, and extend service life. The paste has excellent adhesion properties, stays in place under vibration and heat, and provides corrosion protection in harsh environments.

Design:Base Oil is a high-viscosity mineral or synthetic oil serves as the lubricant carrier, providing long-lasting lubrication and heat resistance.Thickener is usually a complex soap-based thickener (like lithium or calcium sulfonate) that gives the paste its consistency and stability.Solid Lubricants includes extreme pressure additives such as molybdenum disulfide (MoS), graphite, or other solid lubricants to reduce friction under heavy loads.Anti-wear Additives are a special compounds that form a protective film on metal surfaces to minimize wear.Corrosion Inhibitors are chemicals that protect steel parts from rust and oxidation.Other Additives may include tackifiers to enhance adhesion, anti-foam agents, and stabilizers to maintain performance over time.
